| Infos techniques | The Pioneer 4 is heavier, has a higher aspect ratio and slightly less wing area, and sports a new airfoil. Additionally, the wing structure differs greatly from the Pioneer 3 in that rather than having omposite wing ribs and fabric covering, the Pioneer 4 uses a foam core which is used through the entire wing and is covered in ’glass, just as in aeromodeling.
